BERLIN, August 30
Fifteen hundred delegates are attending the International Baptist Congress at Berlin. The object of the Congress is to unite the European Baptists in one great union.
Great Britain is represented by 500 delegates.
The Bey. Dr John Clifford, the wellknown leader of the English Baptists, is president.
LONDON, Auguet 31. Mr Lloyd-George telegraphed, to the Berlin Consgress urging the Baptists to do their part in promoting peace.
