PRESBYTERY OF CLUTHA.

The Presbytery of Ohitba met at Balolutha on the l4th met., when there were present— the Roa^s. George Miller (Moderator), S. W. Currie, DalTyxnpiLe, Ho wee, Qhisholm, Orr. W. T. Currie, Ponder, and. M'Neur, home missionary for ' Glenomaru, reported re his work. — It was agreed to receive the report, and to expreM great satisfaction with the Avork being done. ■ — It was agreed that the Presbytery appoint a commission, consisting of the Rev. Mess re ,' Orx (convener), Dalrymple, and Ghisholrn, to visit Glenomaru, and* to report to next ; Presbytery. j The Rev. Mr Chisholm reported that the ' Ratanui OliUreh TJxtension Committee had '■ appointed Mr Wright as home missionary. —Received! . Applications were received from TokomaiTiro and Kaitangata for leave to use the "individual cup" at the communion. — Both applicatious were granted. The R-ev. S. W. Currie suggested holding an S.S. Conference atßalelutha. and another at Milton at a convenient date. — It was , agreed to fall in Avith the. suggestion, and j to appoint the Rev.
