INVERCARGILL REGATTA.
SOUTHLAND WINS THE EDMOND SHIELD. (From Our. Own Correspondent.) INVERCARGILL, March 4. The Invereargill annual regatta was held this .afternoon un«Jer favourable weather conditions, there being just sufficient wind to help the sailing races, without interfering with the rowing events.
