The Wyndham Racing Club held its annual meeting in unfavourable weather, a cold wind arid light showers being prominent all the afternoon. There was a large attendance, and Mr James registered £3194 on the totalisaitor, or an increase of £528 on last year's .figures. No bookmakers were licensed, as they decided not to pay the fee of £20. Since last year the clulb has effected several improvements to the course, including the building of a stewards' stand, enlarging the lawn and saddling-, paddock, and increasing the stable accommodation.
