The cricket match between New South Wales and South Australia was continued to-day. New South Wales, who required to make 593 in their second innings to win, have lost nine wickets for 572. Trumper made 134, Waddy 49, Carter 125, Hopkins 62, KeUeway not out 31. December 12. Three balls sufficed to finish the match between New South Wales and South Australia, the second innings of the home team closing for 572. South Australia thus won by 20 runs.
