PALMERSTON N., December 13. 'The Hon. Dr Findlay presented the High School prizes and delivered an address to a crowded audience at the Municipal Hall, He spoke strongly of the absence of encouragement; by the wealthy people of New Zealand to the educational system, and said that it was their duty to endow it with portion of their wealth, af was done by wealthy men elsewhere. De Findlay, expressed the opinion that nursing should be taught to girls in the school*. Dr Findlay goes on to Dannevirke tomorrow.
