OBITUARY.
BISHOP OP ST. ANDREWS. LONDON, December 12. The Most Rev. G. H. Wilkinson, D.D., Bishop of St. Andrews, died" of heart failure while addressing" the Council of the Scottish Episcopal Churcn at Edinburgh. Dr Wilkinson has been Primus of the Scottish Episcopalian Church since 1904. He was born in 1833, and was educated at Durham, and at Oriej College, Oxford. He was the author of several devotional works.
