ST. PETERSBURG, December 15. Thirty Social Democrats, members of the 6ecdnd Duma, have been exiled to Siberia. Of these, 22 were sentenced to an additional four or five years' imprisonment. The latter include Prince Tscheparidze, and others who were prominent : at the. London Congress. {
