""**- v - There was an amazing scene at a wedding in the parish church of Isle Abbots, a village near Hmineter, Somerset, in September. The vicar, the Rev. Jam<>s H. C. Taylor, behaved in so extraordinary a tray, first reading part of the burial service, and later on the baptismal, that other clergymen had to ,be called to com/plete $he - ceremony. A letter written at the bishop's request to the bridegroom referred to the vicar's- " disgraceful conduct and condition."
