Messrs Donald Reid and Co. report having sold by auction yesterday, on behalf of the Otago High Schools Board, the following allotments in the town of Arden : — Sections 2 to 10 and 32 to 37, block X, containing 3 acres 3 roods, at 12a 6d per acre ; sections 11 to 14 and 28 to 31, block X, containing 2 acres, at 19s per acre; sections 15 to 20 and 25 to 27. block X, containing 2 acres 1 rocd, at 12s 6d per acre. A freehold property at Nentborn, containing 483 acres 3 roods 33 poles, was also offered, and attracted spirited bidding, being disposed of at £3 18s Gd per acre.
