DAMAGE-; AGAINST A LADY. PALMERSTON N , June 17. At the Supreme Court Frederick Thomson, bootmaker, of Fciiding, was award.-d £20 damage*, with costs on the lowest scale, against Freda C. M'Garry. nee Par- i 90n3, Eketahuna, for a breach of promise ' in regard to marriage. Plaintiff claimed £200, and reoe-ived only the net lo<=s on the furniture which he had purchased in. < anticipation fif his marriage. 1
