!THE WELLINGTON EAST SEAT. WELLINGTON, December 8. In the Wellington East contest only two Seamen's and absentee votes have come to iiand to-day, and both were for Mr Aitken, increasing his majority to 14. Some 30 other permits are yet out, but all may not 'be exercised. •
