THE NEW ZEALAND KENNEL CLUB
Dear Terror,— " Fancier," in your last issue, co:nplains that no report or balance sheet of the above club has yet been published in your columns, and goes on to make an unfair comparison with the Now Zealand Fox Terrier Club. " Fancier" makes no allowance for the much greater amount of work that has to be performed by the secretary of the N.Z.K.C. in comparison with that done by the secretary of a specialist club such as the N.Z.F.T. C. is. I have obtained from one of the delegates a copy of the annual report and balance sheet, which I have much pleasure in placing at your disposal, as I have no doubt that the neglect to send you one has been quite unintentional on the part of the secretary of the N.Z.K.C, and I fead certain that " Fancier" and others will find it interesting reading, although if interested they will be sorry to notice that the balance at bank tnis year is only £13 9s, as compared with £4-8 8 S Gd at the same date last year. — I am, etc., Aegus. [The report and balance sheet of the N.Z. Kennel Club will be published next issue.— Terror.]
