Messrs Dalgety and Company (Limited) report the following. — On account of the trustees in the estate of the late Mr Peter Ayson (Warepa), Croydon Farm, consisting of 743 acres to Mr David Murray, of Glenfalloch, Warepa Croydon was one of the earliest selections in the Warepa district, and is looked upon as one of the best sheep farms in that locality. For Mr James Murray, Port Molyneux, his freehold farm of 396 acres, known as False Island, to Mr A. North, of Portobello. For Mrs R. Kreft, Milton her freehold farm of 250 acres, to Mr Joseph Wilson, of the same district. For Mr D. T. C. M'lllroy, Otama. his highly improved farm of 193 acres, to Mr J. A. Baldey, at a very satisfactory prices. This farm comprises some of the choicest land in Otama — clean, deep, river bed, and grows both grain and root crops to perfection. For Mr P. Toomey, Waikouaiti, the goodwill of the lease of his Mount Watkin's grazing run, comprising 2119 acres of first-class sheep country, to Mr G. R. Breiere, of North Canterbury.
