The monthly meeting of the D.J.C. Committee, held 'on 30th nit., was attended by t"he Hon. George M'Lean (ir. the chair), \fesars Gow, Ewing, Coughlan, Hazlett, Mills, and Thomson. Apologies were receiv-ed from Messis Solomon, Myers, and Ta.ggs.i-t. Applications from the Strath Taiea-i and Fortroae Hack Racing Cube for registration wears recommsn-fled to rhe conference for approval. The following transfers fiotn Mr H. Friedlandieir were passed: — To H M'Lean. Explosion — Sybil filly; to A. M'Farlan-e, San Francisco — Waiteinata filly; io J. Buckley, Reaton l>elaval — Bobinalla filly and Finland — Circlet colt; to J. F. Beil, Finland— Quiver gelding and Finland— Wheedler filly; to W. J. Maiffhall, Finland — Wepener filly. i An application from Thos. Burns for a jockey's license was considered and refused. |
