Messrs Wright Sterjhenson. and Co report as follows : —Dttving the last few Aaya a, considerable portion of the unso'd land uion this estate Las been disposed of, the iollowiria allot-n-ants having changed hsmds at satisfactory prices — Nos. 21, 22. and 23. about 708 acres, to Mr Com M-Donald ; jSTo. 4, about 462 acres, to Mr T. L. Ba.rr.hill ; No. 49. alxmt 301 aores^ to Mr D. Ttevathan ; about 1000 acres bain<* part of allotment 48 to Mr H. Graham. The balance still available consists of 11 allotments, of a total area of something hke 4000 acres, and probably a few weeks will suffice for the disposal of this.
