The Karamea left Plymouth on the Bth I inst. for Wellington and Lyttelton. j The Kaipara, from Wellington, arrived at London on Friday. The Ruapehu, from London, arrived at Capetown on Friday. The lonie, which left Wellington on March 3, arrived at Plymouth on the 14-th inst. The three-masted schooner Hannah Nicholson, well known in the Newcastle coal trade, has been purchased, on behalf of thei Westport Coal Company, which intends using her as a coal hulk at Timaru. The s.s. Langton Granse has been fitted for the carriage of 1100 houses from Sydney to Japan. Of the«e auimals 630 are to be carried on the bridge- deck and the remainder on the main and 'tween decks. Amongst her cargo for this port are some 350 tons of Buteshire transhipments.
