Christmas Appeals.

TO THI EDITOR.

Sic, — May I, through the columns of your valued paper, draw the attention of your readers to the needs of the Salvation Army Rescue Home? Once again the time of cheer and goodwill is drawing near. At present we have 27 women and girls in our Home, and we would like to give them a little extra brightness at the time when all the Christian world should be rejoicing. In the name of the girls and women that we are striving to help back to the path of purity and happiness, we ask for help. Donations of either money or kind will be gladly received, addressed to Staff Captain Blincoe, Salvation Army Rescue Home, Cavershain. — I am, etc.,

B. Blincoe, Matron.

December 2.
