LONDON, June 26
The Board Of Education permits Nonconformist children attending voluntary schools to be absent during the Jiour of religious teaching. The Nonconformists are arranging to give separate religious leaching.
Mr Balfour, the Premier, writing to a correirpondent, vigorously denounced the passive registers of the Education Act as conspirators against the cause of order and freedom.
