{From Our Ovj-k CnRHR<i»o!JnzNT >

CLYDE, August 29

The Xganara Company, purchasers of the Vincent Extended dredge, is ha\ing the dredge floated down to the Xgapnra claim, near Alexandra. Mr Schai'mau undertakes the removal of the dredge.

The Old Dunstan dredge is expected to have a fair wash up this week.

The many shallows created by the depositing of taihng3 at places in the river make it no easy task to float down the Vincent Extended dredge. Sha is in capable hands however.

'The nver keeps at an advantageous working level, although the weather is mild and occasionally warm.
