A Woodville telegram says that several farms in that district have changed hands this week at prices ranging from £15 to £20 10s per acre. The Clydesdale stallion Royal Stuart, rising six years, owned by Mr H. Saunders, of Waimate, has just been sold to a North Island client for £420. Royal Stuart is by Middle-rig, dam Camellia.
