REEFTON, July 26.

Alpine. — The mine manager reports: — The No. 11 branch drive north has been extended. 10ft for the week, making 82ft on the new make of stone. The reef looks very well, being 3ft wide, with good gold. There is no change to report in No. 7 levei, which has been extended 7ft, making the total distance 68ft. There is no improvement in the stopes in No. 11. I have four men sloping north and south trom Quinn's uprise.
