An extraordinary general meeting of the Koyal Chailtcri God Dredging Co:ui ,>ny was held at Id Rattray s'.reet, on Monday, wlicn Mr J. M. Laiv^rn presided, ar.il rino sharchcldors were p'c^cut. It was decided that the company should go into voluntary liquidation, and to call another meeting at an early date to confirm the resolution and to appoint a liquidator.
