At the fat stock sales the following were among the sales: — On account of Mr M"Nicoll, New Zealand. 30 wethers at 26s 3d, 27 at 295, 116 at 32s 6d, 10t> at 36s 6d to 37s 6d , on account of Mr Scales, Wellington- 82 wethers at 23«, 33 at 27s 6d, 36 at 355; on account of Mr Coate, New Zealand- 76 w-ethers at 255, 36 at 29s 3d, 23 at 23s 9d. 89 at '26s to 27s 6d , on account of Mr Mondrad New Zealand ., . 90 ewes at 27* 6d, 48 at 34s 3d to 243 9d, '4 wethers 27s 6d. Cattle were brisk. A pen of 7 New Zealand cows realised up to £13.
