The Perpetual Trustees, Estate, and Agency Company lield a property sale on Saturday at noon, when some small farms on the north side of Mount Cargill, and portion of the estate of the late Hon. Matthew Holmes were offered. Only three were sold, and they were disposed of as follows —Section 4, containing 10a 2r 13p, to Mr T. 5s per acre; sections 11 and 12, containing 23a lr 24p and 21a 3r 17p resuectiveiy, to Mr B. H. Winter at £1 16s per cere. The Farmers Agency Company report having sold on account of Mr James Ruttray a farm of 355 acres 2 roods 33 poles in the Wairuna district, and being allotment 2 on the plan of subdivision of the Wairuna estate, to Messrs Wrc. and Robt. M'lncloe, at a satisfactory figure.
