In the semi-final of the last Lanarkshire Championship Tourney (which was won by G-. M Bonar), Messrs Inglis and Dickson had; an interesting round. White Kings on 13, 19, 30. White to play A similar ending occurred in a game between Brown and M'Kelvie in 1901 Scottish Tourney, when M'Kelvie got throughr on that occasion with a draw. Mr C. Brown, aLd Mr A. Inglis pointed out a win foi White* Dickeon played as follows: — 18 22, 27 32, 19 24, 12 16, 24 20, 16 19, 20 16, 19 24, 22 26, 24 27^Drawn.
