ENTERPRISE GOLD DREDGING COM-

The annual general meeting of shareholders in the above company was held at the company's registered office, Vogel street on Monday afternoon, and attended by 11 shareholders. Mr J. Mitchell occupied the chair. The Chairman, in moving the adoption of the report (already published) and balance sheet, said he had little to add. There was a prospect of good dividends in future. Both dredges were in good condition, and the dredgemaster had informed him that the prospects before them were good. After everything had been paid up to date, including wages, they had the sum of £60 16s 2d to thcu- credit. All the money spent had been spent very judiciously. The report was adopted unanimously. The election of dheetors was then proceeded with, Messrs Mitchell and North being reelected; while Mr Callender was re-elected auditor at his former re-niuieratior. The usual vole of thanks to the chair brought the meeting to a close.
