Kofilyn met and defeated Dunedin No. 2. Scores: Roalyn, 194 (Reid 58 retired. Howiaon 45 not out, Anderson 27. Coventry 23, Miller 15) ; ' Dunediu. 40. Davies (seveu wicketa for 26) and Miller (three for 14) bowle3 well for Ro&lyn ; as did M'Beath for the Dunedin.

The ma^ch Dunedin No. 1 v. Central Mission No. 1 was played on the Caledonian ground, and after an exciting finish resulted in a win for Dunedin by the narrow margin of 1 run. Dimedin, batting nine men. had fir«t ii«o of the wickpt, and put up the respectable total of 111 before the last wicket fell. Balthorne (36. Thomson (19). Fleming (19), Moore (12), and Scott (12, not out) all batting well. Harris, Povton, and Given were the mot successful bowler* for the Central Minion. The Central Mission responded with 110 runs, (Allen (36). Given (21>. Pavton (13). and Mason (11) all reaching double figure=. Coventry (five Tor 12), and Thomson (two for 12) bowled best for Dunedin.

Green Island met the Central Mi-Mon No. 2 at Burnside, and beat thorn by 121 runs. Central Mission, going first to the wicket 3, could only total 27 runs against the bowling of C. Cornish (seven wickets for 11 runs) and C. Harraway (three wickets for 4 runs). Green Inland totalled 148 runs. J. Orr nlaying a srilondid innings for 49 (not out). J. Dempster made 26, R. King 11, C. Cornish 11, and W. Watters 11. Tor-t-ance and Pay f on bowled best for the Central Mission. The Misses Harraway supplied afternoon tea, which was greatly appreciated. Albion defeated Henley on the North ground by 12 runs on the first innings. The Henley, batting first, compiled 30 runs against the bowling of Moen (so^en for 7) and White (three for 16). The Albion knocked up 42 luns, Bartholomew (111 reaching double figures. Eckhokl (seven for 14) bowlpd best for Hpnley. On the Henley going to the wickets a second time they made 34. White (four for 14) and Moen (five for 19) getting the wickets. In ■this innings Moen performed the " hat trick."
