GORE STOCK SALES. (From Our Special Correspondent.) GORE, July 23.
Ther6 was a very small entry for the Gore stock sale to-day, only 260 sheep being penned. Prices of late have taken a decided jump, and a large number of sheep have, been sent from this district up north ; consequently sheep are rather scarce, and a very keen demand exists. Fat ewes brought up to lls sd; full-mouthed ewes, 10s; lambs, 9s 9d. Cattle. — 35 head were yarded. Good steers brought £5 15s; two-year-old steerSj £J 12s; VQfcrjlnas, £2 103 to £3,
