Slß,— At the last meeting of the above c«aa-

pany, held some time since, it was resolved that operations in connection with the company should cease, pending the adjoining ground being proved by the Morven Ferry dredge, but as there is some doubt whether the Morven Ferry Company will proceed any further with the building of their dredge I think it is about time that the directors of the United Morven Company consulted with their shareholders regarding the advisability of incurring any further i liability.— l am, etc., Shareholder.
