Messrs John Reid and Sons repoit having sold the following pioperties at satisfactoiy figures' — Mr Stephen Smith's Kewstead farm of 307 acres 1 rood 15 poles, comprising sections 3 to 8, block 111, Coast district, to Mr Stephen Aitchison; good farm, 10 miles from Pukerau, to Mr Andrew Marshall, of Herbert, compusing sections 9 and 25, block XII, Waipahi district, about 275 acres with all necessary buildings ; also 197-acre farm, being section 10, block XII, Waipahi district, to Mr Marshall ; to Mes-
dames Lindley and Bowmar, section 9, block XI, Waikaka district, 200 acres, with farm buildings ; to Mrs M'Lennan, superior buck house in Littleboume on a really good section ; to Mr Harman Reeves a good property on the Belleknowes estate. They also lepoit having purchased for Mr Smithson a valuable property at the corner of London and Constitution stieets, Dunedin, with 10 dwellings theieon.
