NEW ISSUES.
Tasmania,— The old Platypus stamps are now surcharged "Revenue," and may be used for revenue purposes only. The old unsurcharged Id, 3d, 6d, Is, used pobtally, should soon, be rare. Transvaal and Orange River Colony are reported to have changed the surcharge on their stamps from V.R.I, to E.R.I.
