As Mill be seen by the announcement in another column, Mr Alf. Hill desires to dispose of the gelding Belligerant, by Artillery — Luna. Belligerent is the winner of many races, and his form at the D..T.C. Birthday Meeting wp<* very good. He was third in the Birthday Handicap to Nihilist and Pampero, and easily accounted for the opposition in the Farewell Handicap. Since the gelding has been in Mr Hi!l'<= possession he has won 10 races out of 31 starts. At the last Lawrence meeting he won three races during the meeting. Mr Hill has also for sale Cadet, the winner of the Pony Ract on the second day at the last Tahuna Park meeting. Both hordes may be seen at Imrie and Grant's stables, Princes street south.
