DUNEDIN JOCKEY CLUB.
The annual general meeting of the members bf the Dunedin Jockey Club will be held i.t the Terminus. Hotel, Rattray street, DunEdin, on Monday, July 8, at 8 p.m. In accordance with the rules the president, ,Vice-president, and six members of the committee retire from offica, but are eligible for re-election. The retiring members are: Hon. G. M'Lean (president), Mr S. Solomon Jvice-presidenf) , Messrs G. B. Bullock, W. 3. Coughla.n, W. Dawson, J. Mills, J. Sinclair Thomson, and W. B. Vigers. Notice bf motion by the chairman will be moved fee follows: — That the following be deleted from Rule 2: "Any member that may elect to pay the sum of five giiineas shall be entitled to r.eceive in addition two ladies' tickets for each day on which races are held." That Rule 12 be altered to read as follows: — "At all meetings the president, or, in his absence, the vice-president, shall take th 6 chair. If neithei of these officers be present, the " members sh^ll elect a chairman, who shall have a deliberative and basting vote."
