BLENHEIM SHOW. BLENHEIM, November 21.

The anticipation that there would be a record A. and P. - show was fully realised in all respects. The affair was exceptionally successful, the increase in exhibits amounting to 180, and the attendance of the public being larger than ever. In sheep the merinos showed the best, advance, Messrs C. Goulter and R. Corbett (both of Blenheim) dividing the principal honours. In English Leicester's Mr Threlkeld (Canterbury) secured the .best prizes. In Border Leicesters Mr Chaytor (Blenheim) swept the board. In" Lincolns, Mr Overton (Canterbury) showed the champion ram, though Mr Bissell (Blenheim) took the most prizes. Mr James Thomson showed excellent Romneys, and Mr H. D. Vavasour (Blenheim) was successful in Shropshires. The Christchurch Meat Company's prize for freezing lambs was secured by Mr J. March (Blenheim). The horses, especially draughts, made a fine exhibition.
