Seventy-five per cent, will be paid on the winner and 25 per cent, on the second horse. The winner of any handicap trotting race of the advertised value of ]ssovs, or over after handicaps are declaied nuiy be re-handicapped. Any person failing to declare his colours at time of entry will be fined lsov, unless the colours of the owner of the horse are duly registered. The three previous performances must be forwarded with nominations for the trotting races. The New Zealand Rules of Racing will be strictly adhered to.
