COMMISSIONS FOR NEW ZEALANDERS.

' WELLINGTON, November 13. .It is understood that Lord Roberts has recommended Lieutenant Seddon for a commission in the British army, and that Lieutenant -Rolleston (at present 'in South Africa) and a son of .Captain Russell are amongst those ,to be recommended by the Government for commissions.
