Dear Sir, — About 18 months ago I was turned out of the Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney, as incurable, suffering from a cancerous growth attached to my spine, and I w,as told I coulcl I not live longer than a month at the outside, j The agony was so great that I could only lie on my face and hands, and I wished death to come to release me from my mieery. I could do nothing whatever for myself, and could not stand on my feet. I felt that I must have further advice, and I interviewed the doctors at the Women's Hospital, Crown street, Surry Hills. I was told there that nothing in this world could be done for me. I The doctors said that if I were alive in amonth's time they would like to see me.
