(of Me-srs Reid and Gray), who is giving up farming, to offer by jmblic auction, at the Saleroom, High street, on above' date, Mi- Gray's Model Farm, known as Kuri" Park Estate, - Containing 560 acres of first-class land, together with splendid dwelling house of 10 rooms, manager's cottage,, stable, woolshed, orchard, shrubbery, etc. The Property is subdivided into 19 paddocks, most of them in permanent pasture ; 80 acres in turnips (a magnificent crop), 55 ' acres being prepared for next reason's turnip crop.
