XOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS To the STOCK AND MARKET REPORTS. IT having been decided to change the day of publication of the WITNESS to WEDNESDAY, instead of Thursday, as hitherto, the Management have decided to publish a SPECIAL FARMERS' EDITION on THURSDAYS, in order that the Weekly STOCK and MARKET REPORTS may be in possession of Subscribers who are interested in them. As the carrying out of this arrangement involves certain preparations, the first issue of the Special Edition will not take place until September 26. Meanwhile it will be necessary for all Subscribers who wish to receive the Special instead of the Ordinary Edition to send in their names as soon as possible. The' Otago Daily Times of Thursday, the 12th and 19th inst., containing the market reports, will be sent without extra charge to all Subscribers whose named are sent in.
