IT having been decided to change the day of publication of the WITNESS to WEDNESDAY, instead of Thursday, as hitherto, the Management have decided to publish a SPECIAL FARMERS' EDITION on THURSDAYS, in order that the Weekly STOCK and MARKET REPORTS may be in possession of Subscribers who are interested in them. As the carrying out of this arrangement involves certain preparations, the first issue of the Special Edition will not take place until September 26.
