Mr Oscar Brundell- applied to be received as a home missionary. — It was decided to recommend Mr Brundell to the Chinch Ex-ten-sion Committee for employment as home missionary.

The Rev. Mr Finlayson presented the report on the regulation of grants.—Consideration of the report was postponed till next meeting, the proposed amendments in the meantime to be printed in the Outlook. The North Dunedin Presbyterian Church Management Committee called the attention of the presbytery to the refusal of the Board of Property to pay the grant authorised by the presbytery at last meeting. — After some consideration, the Revs. Cameron and Borne were appointed to represent the matter to the Board of Property. The Anderson's Bay 'Committee applied for a grant of £1511 for a manse site. — The application was approved, and the Board of Property authorised to pay the grant in terms of the regulations. ,

The Deacons' Court of the Port Chalmers Clmreh applied for a grant of £50 for church repairs. — The Rev. Mr Finlaydon was appointed to visit the church, and report as to the necessity for the repairs.

The North-East Valley Church asked permission to mortgage the property for the pur-l>o-~e of erecting a Sunday school. — After some discussion, the application was ultimate] y withdrawn ior tho present.
