THE PLAGUE IN GLASGOW.
LONDON, September 2. New York imposes a 12 days' quarantine, including the time occupied on the voyage, on all vessels from Glasgow. The outbreak" of plague is a mild one. There are 83 cases under surveillance. Those who have died, from plague in Glasgow have been cremated.
