IT having been decided tc change the day of publication of the "WITNESS to WEDNESDAY, instead of Thursday,' as hitherto, the Management have decided to publish a SPECIAL FARMERS' EDITION on THURSDAYS, in order that the Weekly STOCK and MARKET REPORTS may be in possession, of Subscribers who are interested in £hem. As the carrying out of this arrangement involves certain preparations, the first issue of the Special Edition will not take place until September 26. Meanwhile it will be necessary for all Subscribers who wish to receive the Special instead of the Ordinary Edition to send in their names as soon as possible. The Otago Daily Times of Thursday, the 12th and 19th inst., containing the market reports, will be sent without extra charge to all Subscribers whose names are sent in.
