WRIGHT, STEPHENSON, & CO. have received instructions from James Gray, Esq. (of Messrs Reid and Gray), who is giving up farming, to offer by public auction, at the Saleroom, High street, on above date, Mr Gray's Model Farm, known as Kuri Park Estate, Containing 560 acres of iirat-closs land, together with splendid dwelling house of 10 rooms, manager's cottage, stable, woolshed, orchard, shiubbery, etc. The Property is -subdivided into 19 paddocks, most of them in permanent pasture ; 80 acres in turnips (a magnificent crop), 55' acres being prepared for next season's turnip crop.. Thirty acres turnip land are being sown with wheat and grass, 9 acres with oals and grass, 22 acres with grass and rape, and 28 acres lea land with oats. Of the total area in grass, 48 acres are in one-year-old pasture and 38 acres in two-year-old pasture. About one-fourth of the estate is in beautiful native bush.
