Messrs Park, Reynolds, and. Co. report the sale by auction yesterday of subdivision of sections Gomor High and Melville streets. The subdivision consisted oi eight allotments, and the whole were disposed of, after good competition, as follows- — 1, Mrs Wamaley, £155; 2, Mrs Walmsley, .£100; 3, Mrs Walnisley, £100; 4, Mr Jackson (as agent), £90; 5, Mrs Ewing, £125; 6, Mrs Miller (as agent), £300; 7, Mrs Renfree, £100 ; 8, Mrs J-tenfree, £100.

Immediately after this sale the Harbour Board leases were offered, and the following sold : —

Section 21, block LXIII, Dunedin— The Westport Coal Company, £39 10s per anmim.

Section 21, block IiXIII, Dunedin — The Westport Coal Company, JC6O per annum.

Lot 2, near Stuaii; street, Diuieelin — Mr J. M'G-regor, £25 per annum.

Sections 2 and 20, block LXVIiI, Dunedin— Mr E. S. Howorth, £5 per annum. Ci-uqt, at £1850; section 56, block XIX, Heriot row, Dunedin, to Mr Mill, at £375; .part section 34, block V, Dunedin, to Mrs Williams, at £300; freehold property, Kew, Caversham, containing about three acres, with residence thereon, to Mr J. Leinbridge.
