The Otago Farmers' Co-operative Association (Limited) report as follows: — We he.d our third sale of the season on Friday last. February 2, in the Agricultural Hall. Again there isas a most satisfactory atteudsnee of buyers, ond, as usual, a lot of eagc-i, interested wool-growers. It was unfortunate that the London sale (which was acid dtum<> the interval fiom our second to third sale) f.iiouid ha^e brought such an unlooked-for chan/e; but the depressed state of the wool market at Home caused a derided check in buyers' operations here; mdoed, two of ths largest export bu>e-s during the previous series, silthoufrh in thei. 1 alloted seata, hardly bought any, their limits by cable being far below even the reduced rate°.
