INTRODUCING FRITZ.
This week our Canterbury letter is from "Fritz." and I wish to explain that "Fritz" is "M. Quad " under a new name. The gentleman who has for some time post attended to our interests in Chriatchurch has given complete satisfaction to the management of this journal, and I personally feel indebted to him for the able manner in which ho has done his work. The many readers of the "Witness probably have also a high opinion of his qualifications, and his industry. I am plensed to ' be o ble to say that he retains his position. All that is changed is the name. As " Fritz," I wish him and our readers a lengthened j>nd profitable acquaintance.
