The Emperor's visit to England is most unpopular in Germany. LONDON, November 20.
The Emperor of Germany landed at Portsmouth. He received a gieat reception.
November 21
, Eight British torpedo destroyers escorted the Emperor pf Germany's yacht Hohenzollern", while a special squadron saluted at Spithead. The Duke of Connaught welcomed the Royal party at Portsmouth, and the Queen and Prince of Wales received them at Windsor.

The Emperor of Germany has had a conference with Mr A. J, Balfour and Mr Joseph Chamberlain.
