METALLIC GOLD DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

The statutory general meeting of shareholders was held in the Chamber of Commerce on Friday, 14th inst., when there was a large attendance of shareholders. Mr G. Knox was voted to the chair. The following gentlemen were elected as directors of the company for the first year: — Measrs G. Knox, A» M. Loasby, J. Hopkins, D. L. Hutton, and J.. Taylor. At a., meeting of directors held immediately afterwards, Mr R. IV Wheeler, jun., -was appointed secretary, and two of the directors wore appointed a committee 'to expedite matters in connection with the dredge.
