SPEC GULLY GOLD DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
The statutory general meeting of shareholders was held in the office of the "secretary (Mr R. T. Wheeler, jun.) on Friday.' The following gentlemen were elected to act as directors for the first year: — Messrs J. C. Short, G. M. Grigg, A. C. Broad, George Bennett, and James Smith. A ' letter was read from Messrs Cutten Bros., engineers, to tho company, stating that a tender had been received from Mr Joseph Sparrow, contracting to have the dredge fully equipped by Ist January, 1900.
